Thank you for the enthusiasm and engagement you have with this practice.

My intention is that we can continue to weave the traditions of yoga into our lives, and in doing so nurture the world.

The last 25 years of my life have been spent walking in the mountains, climbing rocks, and studying yoga.

My learning journey and style is evergreen and ever curious, and my mindfulness journey takes place on my mat, in wild terrain, in community, in partnership, and in motherhood.

For many years I studied Ashtanga Vinyasa with Richard Freeman and Mary Taylor, Vipassana and Zen meditation with Michael Stone and Upaya, Iyengar Yoga, Qi Gong, and asana/pranayama practices with Angela Farmer and Victor van Kooten.

The pull to India was powerful, and I traveled there twice on pilgrimages to learn more about the roots of yoga.

I've co-owned a studio, I teach online via my own platform, Yoga Anytime, and others Heart and Bones YogaMovement by NMLounge Flix, and Mary Dana Yoga

With my colleague Erin Evans, we founded The Current Community 300 hr yoga facilitation program. This 12 month course has a faculty of 10 legends.

Together with my colleagues Nicola Mosely and Sarah Kinsley, we founded the online program Trauma Informed Practice on and off the Mat, a professional development program in trauma informed care.

My sincere hope is to support you to continue to move well and access a quiet mind.

My practices aim to give you both novelty and steadiness.

I love trying new things, and increasing our options in this physical form.

Learning is my heart's desire.

There is intentionality in the pace at which my classes are offered. I hope to support you to move at a rhythm that allows your nervous system to integrate the new information.

I hope we can co-create a space where fresh movements and insights emerge - and the afterglow leaves us invigorated and calm.

Before the pandemic, I had no idea I would land here, thoroughly enjoying creating on-demand classes for you to practice in the comfort of your own home. I intensely appreciate and value your suggestions and feedback, and love when folks reach out to me! My hope is to keep growing this intentional community in a way that feels uplifting and connected.

Reach out. Get in here.
