Pre-requisite: a year of practice or a 200 hr yoga teacher training. If you are a seasoned practitioner and do not have a 200 hr Certification, contact us to discuss. This is a Yoga Alliance Course, if you choose to complete a 500 hr with YA, you will need to have completed a 200 hr before the course start date.

How advanced does my practice need to be?: To get the most out of this time together, the suggestion is that you have a steady practice and the intention to have a home practice if you don’t already.

How much can I miss: We understand life happens and that a lot can transpire in a year. You are able to miss one full weekend (22.5 hours) with suggested make-up work. For those who miss more than that, the suggestion to obtain your certificate through Yoga Alliance will be to invest in a private session with one of the lead facilitators at a time that works ($150 Canadian) to recap on the work missed.

Will this be recorded: The Friday evening workshops will be recorded. To meet YA standards, the weekend immersions will have an expectation of showing up in-person and live!

Application: Upon registration, we will send you an application so we can get to know your bit more! You might share your chosen areas for growth, your intention, and your practice preferences.

This 300 hour yoga alliance teacher training was developed by Lydia Zamorano and Erin Evans. We believe in Yoga as a fluid methodology, ever-changing, evolving, and rooted in community.
Together we dive into the vast topic of self-discovery and discipline, as a way to foster community care and recognize interbeing. This program is for teachers who wish to continue to find the strength or their voice, deepen their understanding of yoga, and refine their vinyasa karma skills (intelligent sequencing).
